What happens after the 14 days?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, and you keep going. Cancel at any point before the trial ends and nothing is taken. We’ll email you before it happens — no silent charges.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from inside your account, in a couple of clicks. No email, no retention call. If you cancel mid-period you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Is the yearly plan actually cheaper?
Yes — £190 against £228 if you paid monthly for twelve months. That’s two months free, and it’s the only discount we run.
Why only one plan?
Because tiering a journal means deciding which traders get to see their own data properly, and we couldn’t make that make sense. The trader on their first funded challenge needs the missed-trade analytics at least as much as a full-timer does. One price, everything in it.
Do you take my card details?
No. Payments run through Stripe, and card details never touch our servers.
What if I stop paying — do I lose my data?
No. Your trades remain yours and you can export the lot to Excel at any time, including after you cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee. The 14-day trial means you shouldn’t need it, but if you pay and change your mind within 30 days, email us and we’ll refund you. No forms, no interrogation.
