Daily goals with a completion ring that resets each day, a flow-zone score, and a streak that only grows if you keep showing up.

The problem

Most reviews happen when the week went badly

Which is exactly when they are least useful. A review written in frustration is a list of things you already feel bad about, and it rarely survives contact with Monday.

The traders who improve fastest are doing something duller: the same few reps every day, and a short honest look back at fixed intervals whether the week was good or not.

The hard part is never knowing that. It is having somewhere the reps live, that remembers what you said last time.

How it works

Daily reps, then reviews that roll up

1

Tick the daily reps

Set today's goals, check them off and rate your flow zone out of ten. The ring shows the percentage, and it resets each new day.

2

Review the week

Your metrics, top missed reasons, recurring emotion and Edge score are already there. Read the AI Coach, write your notes, save.

3

Zoom out

Months roll into quarters and quarters into the year, so ticking a monthly goal keeps the higher tiers in step. The Yearly tab holds your North Star.

The weekly review

Already written by the time you open it

The numbers are pulled from what you logged — nothing to compile. The AI Coach reads the period and says what actually happened, then you write the part only you can.

Spot a trade you never logged? Add additional trades logs it straight from the review, and it flows into the journal and analytics like any other entry.

The Week ahead forecast works the other way round: set your watchlist, bias, entry type and charts before the week starts.

Your best week since June, and it was not the entries. You logged every trade the same day and your stop did not move once. The six you skipped cost more than the three you lost — and four of those six were hesitation, not analysis.

YOUR NOTES

BIU
Best week in months and I know why. Next week: set the alerts on Sunday night so the ones I hesitate on are ones I have already decided about.

Straight answers

What it is, and what it isn't

What it does
  • Keeps daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals, each with its own completion ring
  • Rolls months into quarters and quarters into the year automatically
  • Writes the metrics half of every review for you
  • Gathers every lesson you have written, with how many times you wrote it
What it doesn't
  • Set your goals for you, or decide when a lesson is finished
  • Break your streak for taking a day off trading — reps are the measure, not trades
  • Share any of this with a coach. Goals and Self-Assessment are never in a share

Start a streak worth keeping

Two weeks of daily reps and one weekly review is enough to feel the difference between reviewing and just remembering.
